Our lives are brief, and God has been our home in every generation. Ask him to teach you to number your days and to satisfy you in the morning with his steadfast love.
Begin with these verses
verse 1Lord, You have been our dwelling place through all generations. verse 2Before the mountains were born or You brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting You are God.
So teach us to number our days, that we may present a heart of wisdom.
Satisfy us in the morning with Your loving devotion, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
